摘　　要：在牙髓病、根尖周病治疗中,根管治疗术能够有效去除感染,杜绝临床再感染,是目前最有效的治疗方法之一。根管治疗包括根管预备、根管清洗消毒以及根管充填三个环节,根管预备作为根管治疗术的关键步骤,是影响根管治疗术成败的关键因素。根管解剖系统相对复杂,需要应用器械对感染根管进行预备,根管锉作为医学牙科根管治疗的预备器械,其理化性能和设计特点对于根管预备有着重要的影响。近年来,随着医疗技术不断进步和现代医学的快速发展,患者对治疗效果的要求不断提升,根管预备方法不断改进。受此影响,医疗器械厂商加大了根管预备器械研发的力度,早期的根管治疗器械以不锈钢锉为主,近年来逐步发展为不同系列的镍钛合金器械。总体来说,根管预备器械的物理性能、机械清理性能以及生物安全性不断完善。基于此,本文针对根管锉的研究进展进行综述,以期为根管治疗术在临床中的应用提供帮助。In the treatment of endodontic disease and periapical disease,root canal therapy can effectively remove infection and stop clinical reinfection,which is one of the most effective treatment methods at present.Root canal therapy includes three stages:root canal preparation,root canal cleaning and disinfection,and root canal filling.Root canal preparation,as a key step in root canal therapy,is a key factor affecting the success or failure of root canal treatment.The root canal anatomy system is relatively complex and requires the use of instruments to prepare infected root canals.As a preparation instrument for medical dental root canal treatment,the physicochemical properties and design characteristics of root canal files have an important impact on root canal preparation.In recent years,with the continuous progress of medical technology and the rapid development of modern medicine,the requirements of patients for treatment effect are constantly improved,and root canal preparation methods are constantly improved.Affected by this,medical device manufacturers have increased the research and development of root canal preparation instruments.The early root canal treatment instruments are mainly stainless steel fles.In recent years,they have gradually developed into different series of nickel titanium alloy instruments.Generally speaking,the physical properties,mechanical cleaning performance and biological safety of root canal preparation instruments are constantly improved.Based on this,this paper reviews the research progress of root canal file,in order to provide help for the application of root canal therapy in clinical practice.
