摘　　要：随着科技的迅猛发展和社会的不断进步,智能化管理已经成为各行各业的发展趋势,得到了广泛的关注和应用,医疗行业也不例外。物资管理作为现代医院管理中的重要组成部分,涉及到医院各个科室的运营和发展。然而,传统的医院物资管理模式存在许多问题,如物资管理信息化建设程度不够、过程监控不全面、高素质管理人才缺乏等,严重影响了医院物资管理的效率和质量,增加了医院的经济负担。为了解决传统物资管理模式的不足,越来越多的医院开始引入智能化管理,以提高医院物资管理的智能化水平和效率。智能化管理借助先进的信息技术手段,如物联网、RFID、人工智能等,实现了物资的全生命周期管理,从采购到库存管理、消耗追踪到供应链优化,为医院物资管理带来了新的突破和变革。文章探讨了智能化管理在医院物资管理中的应用与实践,以期为医院物资管理的智能化转型提供有益的参考和建议。With the rapid development of technology and the continuous progress of society,intelligent management has become a development trend in various industries,receiving widespread attention and application,and the medical industry is no exception.Material management,as an important component of modern hospital management,involves the operation and development of various departments in the hospital.However,the traditional hospital material management model has many problems,such as insufficient information construction of material management,incomplete process monitoring,and a lack of high-quality management talents,which seriously affect the efficiency and quality of hospital material management and increase the hospital's economic burden.In order to address the shortcomings of traditional material management models,more and more hospitals are introducing intelligent management to improve the intelligent level and efficiency of hospital material management.Intelligent management utilizes advanced information technology tools such as the Internet of Things,RFID,artificial intelligence,etc.to achieve full lifecycle management of materials,from procurement to inventory management,consumption tracking to supply chain optimization,bringing new breakthroughs and changes to hospital material management.The article explores the application and practice of intelligent management in hospital material management,in order to provide useful references and suggestions for the intelligent transformation of hospital material management.
