摘　　要：本文研究的项目为中国电建集团北京勘测设计研究院有限公司17号办公主楼改造工程。该楼始建于1995年,位于北京市朝阳区定福庄西街1号院内,北依朝阳路。建筑由主楼、东西裙房及连廊四部分组成,主体9层(局部11层),东、西群房2层,地下1层,建筑主体高度38.16m(最高点43.96m);总建筑面积约10461.1m^(2),其中地上约9464.7m^(2),地下约996.4m^(2)。该项目为既有工程,经三十年的使用,功能及形象已不符合现代企业化办公,需要进行整体内外装修改造。The project studied in this paper is the renovation project of No.17 office building of PowerChina Beijing Engineering Corporation Limited.The building is built in 1995 and is located in the No.1 courtyard of Dingfuzhuang West Street,Chaoyang District,Beijing,north to Chaoyang Road.The building consists of four parts:the main building,the east and west podiums,and corridors,with the main building of 9 floors(partial 11 floors),the east and west podiums of 2 floors,and underground floor,at the main building height of 38.16 m(peak 43.96 m);the total construction area is about 10461.1 m^(2),including about 9464.7 m^(2) aboveground area and about 996.4 m^(2) underground area.The project is an existing project,which is used for 30 years,the function and appearance no longer meet the modern enterprise office,and the overall interior and exterior decoration is required.
