摘　　要：本文介绍高层住宅建筑电气系统设计的特点和基本内容,介绍了高层住宅建筑电气系统设计的特点及基本内容,从住宅部分和公共部分两方面进行用电负荷估算的方法及估算用电负荷的比例,然后介绍了高层住宅建筑电气系统变压器选择、计量装置、功率补偿装置、防雷装置、接地装置、电气照明等系统的设计和技术措施,为同类型工程项目建设提供了有益借鉴与指导。This paper introduces the characteristics and basic contents of electrical system design of high-rise residential buildings,the method of estimating electricity load from the aspects of residential part and public part and the proportion of estimated electricity load,and then introduces the design and technical measures of transformer selection,metering device,power compensation device,lightning protection device,grounding device,electrical lighting of high-rise residential building electrical system and other systems,which provides useful reference and guidance for the construction of the same type of engineering projects.
