摘 要:凝汽器作为火电厂的核心换热设备,其工作性能直接影响电厂的发电效率及发电煤耗率。然而,换热管口局部堵塞、泥沙沉积、脏污等问题,不仅影响机组工作效率,还会降低运行经济性。因此,需采用有效清洗装置来提高清洗效果。凝汽器智能在线清洗装置是一种不同于传统的凝汽器胶球清洗装置,在国内大、中型火电厂逐渐得到应用和推广。文章结合电厂2×460 MW机组运行现状,通过方案比选,最终确定将传统胶球清洗装置改造为智能在线清洗装置。应用结果表明,智能在线清洗装置投运后,不仅达到节能目标,同时还取得了良好的经济效益和环保效益。As the core heat transfer equipment of thermal power plant,the performance of condenser will directly affect the power generation efficiency and coal consumption rate.However,local blockage,sediment deposition,dirt and other problems of the heat exchange tube port not only affect the working efficiency of the unit,but also reduce the operation economy.Therefore,an effective cleaning device must be used to improve the cleaning effect.The condenser intelligent on-line cleaning device is different from the traditional condenser rubber ball cleaning device,which has been gradually applied and promoted in large and medium-sized thermal power plants in China.Based on the operation status of 2×460 MW unit in power plant,the paper determines the transformation of traditional rubber ball cleaning device into intelligent online cleaning device through scheme comparison and selection.The application results show that after the intelligent online cleaning device is put into operation,not only the energy saving goal is achieved,but also good economic and environmental benefits are obtained.
