摘 要:电能计量装置可通过计量用户用电量帮助供电企业掌握电力能源应用情况。为减少用户窃电行为给企业带来的经济损失,有必要加强电能计量装置防窃电技术的应用。文章对窃电原理加以分析,探讨了当前常见的窃电行为与窃电技术手段,研究了智能化防窃电终端系统、RFID电子封技术及二维码数字封技术等电能计量装置防窃电技术,同时针对现有防窃电研究中的数据冗余问题,提出了基于智能电能表的全模块化防窃电技术,可精确识别窃电行为并报警。Electric energy metering devices can help power supply enterprises grasp the application of electric energy by measuring user electricity consumption.In order to reduce the economic losses caused by user electricity theft behavior to enterprises,it is necessary to strengthen the application of anti electricity theft technology in electric energy metering devices.The article analyzes the principle of electricity theft,explores the common electricity theft behaviors and technology methods currently used,and studies the intelligent anti electricity theft terminal system,RFID electronic sealing technology,and two-dimensional code digital sealing technology for electricity metering devices to prevent electricity theft.At the same time,a fully modular anti electricity theft technology based on intelligent energy meters is proposed to accurately identify electricity theft behaviors and alarm in response to the data redundancy problem in existing anti electricity research.
