摘  要:该研究参考Q/CR442—2020《铁路信号集中监测系统技术条件》,基于嵌入式技术开发了一套交流转辙机信号采集板。该采集板采用真有效值算法采集计算电压、电流,通过改进二表法测三相动作电源有功功率,并且对电路进行了隔离滤波设计,使得采集数据更精确可靠;通过优化算法实现对采样数据快速处理,提高了采样频率,降低了设备功耗。通过在实验室及现场的测试结果分析,证明采集板的可靠性、可行性和可用性。该采集板具备性价比高、功耗低、采集速度快、可靠性高等优点,并预留扩展口可供电务人员自行设置故障监测点,具有广阔的发展空间。In this study,a set of AC switch machine signal acquisition board was developed based on embedded technology based on Q/CR442-2020“Technical Conditions of Railway Signal Centralized Monitoring System”.The acquisition board used the true RMS algorithm to collect and calculate the voltage and current,and measured the active power of the three-phase action power supply by the improved two-table method,and carried out the isolation filter design of the circuit,so that the data collection was more accurate and reliable.Through the optimization algorithm to realize fast sampling data processing,the sampling frequency was improved and the power consumption of equipment was reduced.Finally,the reliability,feasibility and availability of the acquisition board were proved through the analysis of test results in laboratory and field.The acquisition board has the advantages of high cost performance,low power consumption,fast acquisition speed,high reliability and so on.Besides,the expansion port is reserved for the electrical personnel to set fault monitoring points by electrical personnel,so it has broad development space.
