摘 要:为提高煤炭分选加工效率,促进节能减排,基于煤质特征以及矿区附近煤炭用户的需求,呼吉尔特纳林才登矿区制定了相应的洗选产品结构。通过粒度组成分析、密度组成分析、可选性分析认为:该矿区末煤指标满足要求,不需要进行洗选,但块煤量大且指标不合格,必须进行分选加工;理论分选密度下,块煤可选性为易选。经选煤方法以及不同矿井原煤在不同分选下限时分选效果的简要对比,推荐采用分选效果更好、次生煤泥量更少、适应性更强的浅槽重介分选工艺;分选下限推荐采用6 mm,此时技术经济指标最佳。In order to achieve a higher coal washing efficiency promote energy conservation and reduction of emissions,and meet the needs of coal users surrounding the mining area,the product structure is de⁃fined according to the characteristics of the property of the coal in the mining area.Through analysis on size and density compositions and washability of the coal,it is ascertained that the small coal is up to the required standard in quality indices and there is no need to have it processed,but the coarse coal which is large in quantity and not up to the quality standard has to be cleaned;the coarse coal is easy to wash at the theoretical separation density.Through comparison of the separation results that can be obtained for washing the raw coal from different mines at different lower size limits separation,the heavy⁃medium ves⁃sel is smally selected for use for its better separation performance,lesser generation of secondary slime and higher adaptability.When used for washing down to a 6 mm,a best techno⁃economical result can be expected.
