金融服务中间品出口对国家金融风险的影响——基于全球价值链视角的探索

摘　　要：当前数字经济推动金融服务中间品快速发展,这是国家金融风险治理需要面对的新问题。基于2000年至2014年全球43个经济体金融服务细分行业中间品出口增加值数据,本文构建了前向价值链生产联系下金融服务中间品出口对国家金融风险影响的计量模型。研究发现,前向生产价值链下金融服务(不含保险)中间品出口能够显著促进国家金融风险的规避。影响机制分析显示,金融服务中间品出口能够有效通过行业劳动生产率和价值链结构性权力影响国家金融风险,以及深化参与金融服务中间品出口有助于增强其通过上述渠道变量对国家金融风险的影响程度。本研究在数字经济时代深入参与金融服务全球价值链分工背景下,为国家金融风险治理问题提供了有益的启示。The current digital economy is driving the rapid development of financial services intermediate goods,presenting a new challenge in the governance of national financial risk.Based on the value-added data of intermediate goods exports in the financial services sub-sectors of 43 economies from 2000 to 2014,this paper constructs an econometric model to explore the impact of financial services intermediate goods exports on national financial risk under forward value chain production linkages.The study finds that exports of financial services intermediate goods(excluding insurance)under forward production value chains can significantly promote the avoidance of national financial risk.The mechanism analysis shows that exports of financial services intermediate goods can effectively influence national financial risk through industry labor productivity and structural power in the value chain.Furthermore,deepening participation in the export of financial services intermediate goods helps to enhance the impact of the channel above variables on national financial risk.This research provides valuable insights into the governance of national financial risk in the era of the digital economy through deep participation in the global value chain division of financial services.
