品管圈在提高门诊处方前置审核自动通过率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索提高门诊处方前置审核自动通过率的方法,提高药师的质量管理水平。方法根据品管圈十大步骤进行活动,利用信息系统查检和甘特图、柏拉图、鱼骨图等图标工具,查找前置审方不能自动通过的真因,提出并实施对策方案。结果门诊处方前置审核自动通过率由61.62%提高至89.67%,目标达成率为123.41%,改善率为45.52%。制定了相关管理规定和流程图并形成持续改进。结论开展品管圈活动显著提高门诊处方前置审核自动通过率,提高医师和药师的工作效率,保障患者用药安全。OBJECTIVE To explore the methods to increase the automatic pass rate of pre-examination system of prescriptions and improve the quality management level of pharmacists.METHODS According to the ten steps of quality control circle activity,using inspection and Gantt chart,Pareto Chart,Fish-bone diagram and other graphic tools,find out the reasons why prescriptions can not automatically pass and solve the problem.RESULTS The automatic pass rate increased from 61.62%to 89.67%,the target achievement rate was 123.41%,and the improvement rate was 45.52%.Relevant management regulations and flow charts were developed and continuous improvement was formed.CONCLUSION Carrying out quality control circle activity significantly improves the automatic pass rate of pre-examination system of prescriptions,improves the work efficiency of physicians and pharmacists,and ensures the medication safety.
