聚烯烃弹性体纺黏非织造布生产工艺研究及性能分析

摘　　要：针对聚烯烃弹性体(POE)纺黏非织造布生产中存在的黏连问题,从原材料、纺黏设备及纺黏工艺三方面进行优化和改进,研究影响POE纺黏非织造布产品质量的关键因素。结果表明:对原材料、纺黏设备及纺黏工艺的优化可将聚丙烯(PP)添加量由8%降至3%,产品伸长率明显增大,由248%增大至368%;弹性回复率大幅提高,由23%提高至76%。In order to solve the adhesion problem in the production of polyolefin elastomer(POE)spun-bonded nonwovens,the key factors affecting the quality of POE spun-bonded nonwovens were studied from by through optimizing and improving the raw materials,spun-bonded equipment and spun-bonded process.The results showed that,through optimizing and improving the raw materials,spun-bonded equipment and spun-bonded process,the polypropylene(PP)addition was reduced from 8%to 3%,and the elongation of the products was increased significantly from 248%to 368%,the elastic recovery rate was significantly increased from 23%to 76%.
