摘 要:为了解决数控加工遇到椭圆、抛物线等特殊曲线时编程的难题,以我国某造纸机械生产企业设计的辊轴为例,通过数控加工工艺分析,提炼数控车床编程常用的若干必要参数,设计了一款包括宏程序编程在内的数控车床编程人机互动界面。最后利用Visual Basic工具进行了数控车床宏程序的开发,并进行了计算机仿真和现场实操验证。结果表明,由宏程序工具自动生成的NC(数字控制,即数控)宏程序可直接用于数控加工现场,有效地提高了数控编程效率和准确性,降低了编程人员的劳动强度。In order to solve the programming problems when CNC machining encounters special curves such as ellipses and parabolas,taking the roller shaft designed by a papermaking machinery manufacturer in my country as an example,through CNC machining process analysis,several necessary parameters commonly used in CNC lathe programming are extracted.A human-computer interactive interface for CNC lathe programming including macro programming is designed.Finally,Visual Basic tools were used to develop CNC lathe macro programs,and computer simulation and on-site practical verification were conducted.The results show that the NC(Numerical Control,NC)macro program automatically generated by the macro program tool can be directly used on the CNC machining site,effectively improving the efficiency and accuracy of CNC programming and reducing the labor intensity of programmers.
