摘  要:水质总磷是环境水体监测的重要指标,目前环境监测工作中测定水中总磷的分析方法常采用钼酸铵分光光度法。根据《水质总磷的测定钼酸铵分光光度法》(GB 11893-1989)的要求,通过建立分步分析模型,综合分析了各环节引入不确定度的来源,计算出不确定度来源的分量,合成了该方法的相对标准不确定度。结果得出该方法的合成相对标准不确定度为:0.0235,扩展不确定度为0.05 mg/L(k=2)。根据不确定度分量的结果,提出降低方法不确定度的建议。Total phosphorus is an important index of environmental water monitoring.The analytical method for determining total phosphorus in water is ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry at present.According to the requirements of"determination of total Phosphorus in water quality by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry"(GB 11893-1989)and the actual situation of water quality detection,the uncertainty of determination of total phosphorus in environmental water by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry was analyzed and assessed.By establishing a model,the source of uncertainty is analyzed,the component of uncertainty is calculated,and the relative standard uncertainty is synthesized.The results shows that the relative standard uncertainty of this method is 0.0235 and the extended uncertainty is 0.05 mg/L(k=2).Based on the results of the uncertainty component,some suggestions are put forward to reduce the uncertainty of the method.
