摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、电子背散射衍射和三维原子探针等系统研究β锻TC17钛合金锻件显微组织中大块α相的形貌、元素分布和取向分布。结果表明:在晶界附近、原始β晶粒内部、再结晶晶粒内部均存在块状α相,并且晶粒内部还可以观察到粗大长条α片等异常组织。各类异常的α相和对应的β基体中主合金元素分布无明显差异,不是形成大块α相的主要原因。针状α相在晶粒内部随机分布,在显微镜下呈针状或点絮状。另外,α相的取向也决定了片层形貌,细小的再结晶晶粒和变形量较低的晶粒内部能观察到粗大的片层和团聚的大块α相,将细小的再结晶晶粒认定为未变形或轻微变形的晶粒,同一晶粒的晶界α相取向单一,晶粒内部也多为同一取向的α片。冷速慢时,取向相同的α相易团聚,α相横截面除呈现弥散分布的点絮状外,还会以贯穿整个晶粒或团聚在晶界附近的块状呈现。The optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,electron backscattered diffraction and three-dimensional atom probe techniques were employed to investigate the morphology,distributions of alloy elements and orientation of blockyαphase inβforging TC17 titanium alloy.The results show that the blockyαphases are distributed nearby the grain boundary,inside the priorβgrains and recrystallized grains,while abnormal microstructure such as long and coarseαlamellar can also be observed inside the grains.There is no significant difference in the distribution of main elements between all kinds of abnormalαandβmatrix phase.Therefore,the segregation of alloy composition does not cause the blockyαphase.The acicularαphase is randomly distributed in the grain and is acicular or cotton-blocky under the microscope.In addition,the orientation ofαphase is also a main factor determining lamellar morphology.Coarse lamellar and agglomerate blockyαphase can be observed inside the fine recrystallized grains and slightly deformed grains.The fine recrystallized grains represent the undeformed or slightly deformed grains,which grain boundaryαandαplatelets inside the grain are basically single in orientation.Therefore,theαphase with the same orientation is easy to agglomerate under slow cooling.In addition to the dispersed cotton-blockyαphase,it also appears as blockyαphase which run through the entire grain or agglomerate near the grain boundary.
