南欧江七级水电站导流洞封堵体设计及稳定性分析

摘　　要：为确保导流洞永久封堵体的施工安全、降低施工风险,南欧江七级水电站采用临时堵头+永久堵头的方式。对永久封堵体的抗滑稳定进行计算,按照承载力极限状态分别从衬砌混凝土与堵头混凝土接触面、衬砌混凝土与围岩接触面两个方面,对3种工况下的荷载情况综合考虑。结合有限元对封堵体的应力应变分析成果,在封堵体迎水面布置钢筋网,并对导流洞永久封堵体全断面增设锚杆。结果表明:永久封堵体的长度取38 m,完工后已安全度过数个汛期,监测数据显示封堵体结构处于稳定状态。In order to ensure the construction safety of the permanent plug of the diversion tunnel and reduce construction risks,the method of temporary plug and permanent plug was adopted for the Nam OuⅦHydropower Station.The anti-sliding stability of the permanent plug was calculated,and the load conditions of the contact surface between the lining concrete and the plug concrete,as well as the contact surface between the lining concrete and the surrounding rock,under three working conditions,were comprehensively considered according to the bearing capacity limit state.Based on the stress and strain analysis results of the permanent plug by finite element method,the reinforcement mesh was arranged at the upstream surface of the plug,and the anchor bolts were added to the full section of the permanent plug of the diversion tunnel.The results indicated that the length of the permanent plug should be 38 m.Several flood seasons had been safely passed after the completion of the plug.The monitoring data showed that the permanent plug structure was in a stable state.
