摘  要:为推广喷射型多孔混凝土在水库消落区护坡中的应用,对基于正交试验及极差结果分析优选出的配合比进行实际喷射试验,研究其应用于消落区治理时的喷射性能及施工工艺,并分析了柔性聚丙烯纤维和丁苯橡胶乳液对喷射型多孔混凝土喷射性能的影响。试验结果显示:在喷射风压和喷射距离不变的情况下,喷射厚度与喷射面性质有关,石墙的喷射厚度大于木板喷射厚度;木板喷射面的回弹率明显高于石墙喷射面。喷射风压在0.7 MPa,喷射距离在1 m时,回弹率达到最小。柔性聚丙烯纤维的添加使回弹率减少约5%,丁苯橡胶乳液的添加使回弹率减少约6%,两者协同作用下回弹率减少约8%。In order to promote the application of sprayed porous concrete in the slope protection of reservoir draw down area,the actual spraying test was carried out on the optimized mix ratio based on the orthogonal test and range analysis.The spraying performance and supporting construction technology of sprayed porous concrete in the treatment of water-level-fluctuating zone were studied,and the influence of flexible polypropylene fiber and styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion on the spraying performance of sprayed porous concrete was analyzed.The test results showed that the spraying thickness was related to the property of the spraying surface when the spraying wind pressure and spraying distance were constant,and the spraying thickness of the stone wall was greater than that of the wood board.The rebound rate of wood spray surface was obviously higher than that of stone wall spray surface.When the injection air pressure was 0.7 MPa and the injection distance was 1 m,the rebound rate reached the minimum.The addition of flexible polypropylene fiber reduced the rebound rate by about 5%,the addition of styrene butadiene rubber emulsion reduced the rebound rate by about 6%,and the synergistic action of both adding reduced by about 8%.
