摘  要:由于场地受限,三峡升船机的观光电梯高宽比超过规范限值而形成细长结构,对抗风荷载不利,需采取必要措施控制钢结构电梯顶部水平位移。通过软件计算分析,确认风荷载和结构刚度对钢框架结构电梯的水平位移影响显著,提出了将观光电梯外表面漏空和加强观光电梯与排架柱连接等措施,并应用到工程实际中。实时监测结果表明:经过改造后,观光电梯结构顶部最大位移得到有效控制,满足现行规范要求。The sightseeing elevator of the ship lift of the Three Gorges Project has formed a slender structure due to the site limitation,and the height-width ratio exceeded the specification limit,which is unfavorable to resist the wind load.It is necessary to control the horizontal displacement of the top of the steel structure elevator.Through software calculation and analysis,it was identified that the wind load and structural stiffness had a significant impact on the horizontal displacement of steel frame elevators.The targeted measures was proposed to empty the outer surface of the sightseeing elevator and strengthen the connection between the sightseeing elevator and the bent column,which was applied in the engineering practice.The real-time monitoring results indicated that after renovation,the maximum displacement at the top of the sightseeing elevator structure was effectively controlled,which can meet the current regulatory requirements.
