摘　　要：尿道损伤是男性泌尿系统最常见的损伤。随着社会的发展,目前尿道损伤的原因复杂多变,根据不同的病因、损伤程度,其诊疗方式亦有所进展。本文拟从男性尿道损伤的病因、病理、临床表现、诊断、治疗及相关并发症进行综述,以期为尿道损伤的现状充分概括,对临床工作有所帮助。Urethral injury is the most common injury affecting the male urinary system.With the development of society,the causes of urethral injuries are becoming more complex and varied,with the diagnosis and treatment methods also progressed,based on different injury causes and degrees.This article aims to review the etiology,pathology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment,and related complications of male urethral injuries,in order to summarize the current research on urethral injury and provide reference for clinical work.
