敦煌医学卷子中产后病的文献及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：敦煌古医籍残卷中,所载药方总数1240余首,其中妇科医方约110首,除少数见于传世的唐以前医书外,大多首见于敦煌遗卷中。敦煌医学卷子中治疗产后病医方散在《头、目、产病方书》《杂证方书第二种》《杂证方书第三种》《杂证方书第五种》《杂证方书第八种》《治病药名文书》《本草经集注第一附录》等诸多卷子之中,为中医治疗产后病的研究提供重要资料。In the fragments of Dunhuang ancient medical texts,the total number of prescriptions contained in them is more than 1240,of which about 110 are gynecological medicines,except for a few pre-Tang medical books that have been handed down,most of which are first seen in Dunhuang remains.The prescriptions for the treatment of postpartum diseases in the Dunhuang medical volumes are scattered in many volumes,such as The Book of Heads,Eyes,and Obstetric Prescriptions,The Second Kind of Miscellaneous Evidences,The Third Kind of Miscellaneous Evidences,The Fifth Kind of Miscellaneous Evidences,The Eighth Kind of Miscellaneous Evidences,The Document of The Names of Medicines for The Treatment of Diseases,and The First Appendix of The Notes on The Materia Medica,which provide important information for the research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postpartum diseases.
