干针治疗膝骨关节炎的研究进展

摘　　要：膝骨关节炎是目前导致中老年人疼痛和致残最常见的一种慢性疾病。随着人口老龄化,其发病率在逐年上升,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前治疗膝骨关节炎的方法大致可以分为西医治疗和中医治疗,临床中主要以西医非手术疗法和中医疗法为主。干针是一种治疗各种神经肌肉骨骼疼痛综合征的物理疗法,在近现代被广泛应用,而目前缺少干针治疗膝骨关节炎的相关研究。文章现就干针治疗膝骨关节炎进行综述,总结介绍干针来源、作用机制和临床运用,为干针治疗膝骨关节炎提供一些参考依据。Knee osteoarthritis is currently the most common chronic disease that causes pain and disability in middle-aged and elderly people.With the aging of the population,its incidence is increasing year by year,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.At present,the methods of treating knee osteoarthritis can be roughly divided into western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.In clinical practice,western medicine non-surgical treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment are the main methods.Dry acupuncture is a physical therapy for the treatment of various neuromuscular musculoskeletal pain syndromes,which is widely used in modern times.However,there is a lack of research on dry acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.This article reviews the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with dry acupuncture,summarizes the source,mechanism and clinical application of dry acupuncture,and provides some reference for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with dry acupuncture.
