基于“金水相生”探讨消渴病痹证从肺肾辨治

摘　　要：基于“金水相生”探讨消渴病痹证从肺肾辨治,将其病因统归于因病和因药两大块。消渴日渐,气血运行失常,阴虚内热,耗伤津液,以致耗伤真阴(肾阴);又可导致血行不畅、瘀阻脉络,合而为痹。肺之宣降功能失司,使四肢百骸、皮毛和脏腑失养,气血不调,脉络失于濡养,瘀阻脉络,或当真阴被耗,水不涵木,虚风暗动,则见阵发肢体麻痹、刺痛等消渴病痹证的症状。部分降糖药物和抗氧化药可引起皮疹、出汗、腹泻,使患者陷入紧张、烦躁、不安等郁症相关不良情绪,使气机不畅,进一步加重消渴病痹证的症状。采用肺朝百脉助心行血而祛瘀、宣肺开鬼门给邪以出路、补先天之本而补五脏,补不足、损有余,使气血畅,身自安。Based on “mutual generation between metal and water”,it is to explore the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy from lung and kidney.The etiology can be attributed to the two major parts:the disease and the medicine.Long-term Xiaoke makes Qi and blood run abnormally,causes internal heat due to Yin deficiency and consumes the body fluid,so the true Yin(kidney Yin) will be consumed.It also can lead to poor blood circulation,blood stasis and then Bi syndrome.If the function of dispersing and descending of lung is not normal,the limbs,skin,fur and Zang-Fu organs will not be nourished,Qi and blood will not be adjusted,the channels will not be nourished,the blood stasis will block the channels,or if the true Yin is consumed,the water will not cover the wood,and the wind due to deficiency will move latently.The paroxysmal limb paralysis,tingling and other symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy will be seen.Some hypoglycemic drugs and antioxidants can cause rashes,sweating and diarrhea,causing patients to fall into negative emotions related to depression such as tension,irritability and unease,which hinders the flow of Qi and further exacerbates the symptoms of Xiaoke Bi syndrome.By using the lung meridians to assist heart in promoting blood circulation and dispelling blood stasis,promoting lung to open the pore and provide a way out for evils,replenishing the innate essence and tonifying the five internal Zang-organs,replenishing deficiencies and damaging excess,making Qi and blood smooth and the body will be healthy.
