摘　　要：马丽佳主任医师从事呼吸系统的临床工作多年,悉心钻研,虚心学习,不断在临床上总结经验,提升医术,形成了具有其自身特色的学术思想,尤其是对肺脏疾病辨证治疗的学术思想更为系统。马丽佳认为肺脏娇嫩,其特性为喜润而恶燥,故其以润为用,又因肺为气之本,若肺病日久不愈,必然损耗肺之气阴,所以在临床辨证施治之时,常用以“虚实兼顾,清补并行”之法。五行之间生克制化,五脏分主五行,故脏与脏之间息息相关,牵一发而动全身,肺脏属金,土生金,金生水,土为金之母,水为金之子,母子一体,同气连枝,一荣俱荣,一损俱损,肺病日久者,子盗母气伤脾胃,母病及子伤水脏,故马老师在临床治疗肺病患者时常常依据五行相生关系加以论治,对于肺病日久,母病及子,肺肾两虚者应“固本培元金水生”;针对子盗母气肺脾两虚者马老师提出则应“补脾益肺绝痰源”;五行相生亦有相克,肺属金,肝属木,若肝郁日久,便会出现木旺侮金之反克之相,针对此类患者,马老师常用“佐金平木”法,疏肝郁,畅气机,平木旺,和五行。除此之外,脏与脏之间密切相关,脏与腑之间亦有联系,肺与大肠通过经络相联系,构成表里,经气相连,生理相关病理相连,治疗疾病时需表里兼顾,脏腑同调。Ms.Ma Lijia has been engaged in clinical work of respiratory system for many years,treating patients and healing people,studying carefully,learning modestly,constantly summarizing experience in clinical practice,improving medical skills,and forming academic ideas with her own characteristics,especially the academic ideas of discriminative treatment of lung diseases are more systematic.Ma Lijia believes that the lung is delicate and its characteristic is that it likes to be moistened but hates dryness,so it is used for moistening.In addition,the five elements are related to each other,so the organs are closely related to each other and move the whole body.For those who have been suffering from lung disease for a long time,the mother's disease and the child's disease,the lungs and kidneys should be deficient,and the lungs and kidneys should be deficient,and the lungs and spleens should be deficient,and the spleens and spleens should be deficient.If the liver is depressed for a long time,there will be a counter-gramming phase of wood exacerbating gold.For such patients,Mr.Ma often uses the method of "Zuo Jin Ping Mu" to de-stress the liver,smooth the qi flow,calm the wood and harmonize the five elements.In addition,the organs are closely related to each other,and the organs are also related to each other.The lung and the large intestine are connected by meridians,which constitute the surface and the interior,and the meridians and qi are connected,and the physiology and pathology are connected,so when treating diseases,the surface and the interior should be taken into account,and the organs should be adjusted together.
