摘　　要：目的 探讨牡蛎泽泻散对慢性肾病的治疗效果。方法 以2021年4月—2023年4月于沈阳普德中医医院就诊并符合标准的60例肾病患者为研究对象,通过双色球法随机分组。对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,观察组在此基础上给予牡蛎泽泻散进行治疗。分析并比较两组患者治疗效果,中医证候积分,肾功能及不良反应情况。结果 观察组的有效率96.67%(29/30)明显高于对照组80.00%(24/30);治疗后观察组的中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后BUN、SCr及CysC含量均明显下降,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 牡蛎泽泻散对慢性肾病具有一定的治疗效果,能够更好地减轻临床症状,改善肾功能,安全性高。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Muli Zexie Powder(牡蛎泽泻散)on chronic kidney disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with nephrotic syndrome who met the criteria from August 2021to June 2023 in Shenyang Pude Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomLy divided into two color ball groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Muli Zexie Powder on this basis.Analyze and compare the treatment effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,renal function and adverse reactions of the two groups.Result The effective rate of the observation group 96.67%(29/30)was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00%(24/30),after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<O.05),after treatment,the contents of BUN,SCR and CysC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Muli Zexie Powder has a certain therapeutic effect on chronic kidney disease,can better alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve renal function of patients,has high safety,and is worthy of clinical application.
