耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷对心房颤动射频消融术后食管损伤相关恶心呕吐的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷对心房颤动射频消融术后食管损伤相关恶心呕吐的效果。方法 选取2022年1月—12月在河南科技大学第一附属医院心内科接受房颤射频消融术的患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规射频消融术后护理,观察组在此基础上进行耳穴压豆及穴位贴敷干预。比较两组患者术后恶心呕吐发生率及持续恶性发生率;干预前及干预5 d后恶心呕吐评分、白细胞计数(WBC)、及超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)。结果 观察组患者术后恶心呕吐及持续恶心发生率低于对照组;干预5 d后,观察组R-INVR评分中恶心、呕吐及干呕的次数、持续时间及程度均小于对照组;观察组WBC及CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷能够有效减少房颤射频消融术后食管损伤患者恶心呕吐发生率及程度,减轻机体炎性反应。Objective To investigate the effect of ear point pressing beans combined with acupoint application on nausea and vomiting associated with esophageal injury after radiofrequency ablation of Atrial fibrillation.Method 80 patients who underwent radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation in the cardiology department of First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine postoperative care after radiofrequency ablation,while the observation group received ear point pressing and acupoint application intervention on this basis.Compare the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting and the incidence of persistent malignancy between two groups of patients.;Compare the nausea and vomiting scores of two groups of patients after 5-day intervention;Compare the levels of white blood cell count(WBC) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(CRP) between the two groups before and after intervention for 5 days.Result The incidence of postoperative nausea,vomiting,and persistent nausea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;After 5 days of intervention,the frequency,duration,and degree of nausea,vomiting,and retching in the R-INVR score of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After intervention,the levels of WBC and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ear point pressing and acupoint application can effectively reduce the incidence and degree of nausea and vomiting in patients with esophageal injury after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation,and alleviate the inflammatory response of the body.
