冠心病中医舌诊客观化研究述评

摘　　要：冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)是中医临床常见的心系疾病。属于中医学胸痛、真心痛、胸痹心痛范畴。中医舌诊是四诊望诊中的重要组成之一,实际中医临床望诊中对舌体信息辨识是不可或缺的。冠心病的中医证候分型辨识可在患者舌体舌象信息客观化表现中寻求一定的规律。论文以冠心病中医舌诊在舌质、舌苔、舌下脉络的现有研究的文献整理为始,辅以当前已有的中医舌诊客观化及相应技术,以及冠心病生化指标与舌体的关系为补充,充分说明中医舌诊客观化分析在冠心病和中医心系疾病证候分类及临床辨证标准建立的辅助作用。依托中医传统理念背景下的舌诊客观化技术,能够充分解决中医临床对冠心病诊断标准尺度不一、诊察辨识疾病导向效果差的问题。从而推进冠心病中医证型研究,减少因主观因素干扰,对冠心病中医舌诊研究及中医舌诊客观化发展作出应有的贡献。Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)is a common heart disease in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It belongs to the category of chest pain,true heart pain and chest pain in traditional Chinese medicine.Tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the important components of the four diagnostic methods.In the actual clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine,the identification of tongue body information is indispensable.The identification of TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease can seek certain rules in the objective performance of patients'tongue body and tongue image information.This paper starts with the literature review of the existing research on tongue diagnosis of coronary heart disease in tongue,tongue coating and sublingual vein,supplemented by the current existing Objectification and corresponding technology of tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the relationship between biochemical indexes of coronary heart disease and tongue body.It fully demonstrates the auxiliary role of objective analysis of tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine in the classification of syndromes of coronary heart disease and heart disease of traditional Chinese medicine and the establishment of clinical syndrome differentiation standards.Based on the objectification technology of tongue diagnosis under the background of traditional Chinese medicine concept,it can fully solve the problems of different diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease and poor disease-oriented effect of diagnosis and identification in traditional Chinese medicine.In order to promote the study of TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease,reduce the interference of subjective factors,and make due contributions to the study of TCM tongue diagnosis of coronary heart disease and the objective development of TCM tongue diagnosis.
