摘　　要：目的评价杞黄降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病生活质量的改善及相关性分析。方法所有数据均来源于“杞黄降糖胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的多中心研究”。采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的试验设计,240例患者分为对照组(二甲双胍和杞黄降糖胶囊模拟剂)和试验组(二甲双胍和杞黄降糖胶囊),疗程12周。比较两组血糖指标、中医症状积分、糖尿病生命质量(Adjusted diabets quality of life,A-DQOL)评分变化。结果试验组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白(Glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)较对照组降低(P<0.05);口苦咽干等气阴两虚兼热症状明显改善(P<0.05);试验组生活质量较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。生活质量的改善和血糖改善无关,和倦怠乏力、失眠等症状改善有关。结论杞黄降糖胶囊通过改善口苦咽干、气短懒言等气阴两虚兼热证中医症状和证候,提高糖尿病患者生活质量。Objective To observe the efficacy of Qihuang Jiangtang Capsules(杞黄降糖胶囊)on the quality of life and analysis the correlation of type 2 diabetes.Methods All data get from the“Multicenter Study of Qihuang Jiangtang Capsule in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes”.A randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial design was adopted,240 patients were divided into the control group(metformin+simulant)and test group(metformin+Qihuang Jiangtang Capsule)for 12 weeks.The blood glucose index,TCM symptom scores and Adjusted Diabetes Quality of Life(A-DQOL)scores were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the symptoms such as bitter mouth and dry throat were significantly improved(P<0.05).The quality of life in the test group was significantly improved than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of quality of life is not related to blood sugar,but with the improvement of symptoms such as fatigue and insomnia.Conclusion Qihuang Jiangtang Capsules can improve the quality of life of diabetes patients through improving the TCM syndrome(Qi and Yin deficiency with heat)such as bitter mouth,dry throat,short breath and lazy speech.
