摘　　要：文章基于SPO框架模型的物流管理体系构建展开研究,旨在通过供应商、流程以及产出三个关键环节之间的协同作用,实现物流管理的高效性与优化性。系统化地整合SPO框架模型的物流管理体系,可以有效地提高效率、降低成本,并实现供应链的高效协同运作。同时相关企业也要积极应对信息安全、数据隐私以及合作意愿等方面的挑战,以进一步推动物流行业的可持续发展。The paper conducts research on the construction of a logistics management system based on the SPO framework model,aiming to achieve the efficiency and optimization of logistics management through the synergy between the three key links of suppliers,processes,and outputs.A logistics management system that systematically integrates the SPO framework model can effectively improve efficiency,reduce costs,and achieve efficient collaborative operation of the supply chain.At the same time,it is necessary to actively address challenges in information security,data privacy,and willingness to cooperate,in order to further promote the sustainable development of the logistics industry.
