乡村振兴背景下欠发达农村地区物流发展的路径研究

摘　　要：农村物流作为促进农村经济发展、畅通城乡双向循环的重要纽带,在延伸乡村产业链、促进城乡融合等方面发挥着积极作用。我国现已进入全面推进乡村振兴的新发展阶段,乡村振兴战略为农村物流带来了新的机遇,拓展了发展空间;同时,农村物流也在助力乡村全面振兴中发挥着显著作用,促进农村物流发展正是全面推进乡村振兴的题中之义。在欠发达农村地区,基础设施薄弱、技术水平滞后、市场需求迟缓、专业人才缺乏是制约其物流发展的重要因素,对此,应从现实问题出发,抓住政策机遇和发展契机,通过加强基础设施建设、推广先进技术、创新物流运营模式、壮大物流人才队伍等路径,促进欠发达农村地区的物流发展,助力乡村振兴。Rural logistics,as an important link to promote rural economic development and smooth urban-rural dual circulation,plays a positive role in extending the rural industrial chain and promoting urban-rural integration.China has entered a stage of comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,and the rural revitalization strategy has brought new opportunities and expanded the development space for rural logistics.At the same time,rural logistics also plays a significant role in assisting in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,and promoting the development of rural logistics is precisely the essence of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.In underdeveloped rural areas,weak infrastructure,lagging technological level,sluggish market demand,and lack of professional talents are still important factors that constrain the development of logistics.Starting from practical problems,we should seize policy opportunities and development opportunities,and promote the development of logistics in underdeveloped rural areas by strengthening infrastructure construction,promoting advanced technology,innovating logistics operation models,and strengthening the logistics talent team.
