摘　　要：对生产(服务)与配送环节实施一体化调度,是当今企业基于供应链视角促进整体运营降本增效的重要手段之一。为提升多转包商在可供外包选择条件下作业处理与配送的一体化决策水平,关注基于单机批处理环境,考虑延误惩罚的服务商作业外包、内部处理与分批配送联合调度问题。文章建立了一个在满足服务商内部批处理硬时间窗约束、车辆载荷量和批处理设备容量均有上限的条件下,以内部批处理成本、外包成本、配送成本及延误惩罚金之和最小化为目标的混合整数规划模型,并在优化软件CPLEX中实现了该模型,最后,利用已实现的程序对来自某医疗灭菌服务商的实例进行优化求解,以期为相关服务商考虑外包选择的作业分批处理-配送联合调度工作提供有效的数学模型。Implementing integrated scheduling of production(service)and distribution processes is one of the important means for enterprises to promote overall operation cost reduction and efficiency improvement from a supply chain perspective.To improve the integrated decision-making level of job processing and distribution for multiple subcontractors under the conditions of available outsourcing options,attention is paid to the joint scheduling problem of service provider job outsourcing,internal processing,and batch distribution based on single machine batch processing environment and considering delay penalties.This problem is established under the conditions of meeting the internal batch processing hard time window constraints of the service provider,with upper limits on vehicle load and batch processing equipment capacity.In response to this,the paper proposes a mixed integer programming model with the goal of minimizing the sum of internal batch processing costs,outsourcing costs,delivery costs,and delay penalties,and implements this model in the optimization software CPLEX.Finally,the paper utilizes the implemented program to find an accurate optimal solution for an instance from a certain medical sterilization service provider,in order to provide an effective mathematical model for the joint scheduling of batch processing and distribution of related service providers considering outsourcing selection.
