摘　　要：对企业的人力资源进行培训,是提高企业效益的重要举措。因此,企业应当重视员工的培训工作。对于现代物流企业而言,企业的服务理念和运营效率至关重要,需要员工不断提升并丰富自身技能,才能满足市场不断变化的需求。在大数据时代下,传统的员工培训方式已经不能满足当前员工的技能需求,现代物流企业只有完善培训管理体系,才能更好地实现平稳发展。Training the human resources of enterprises is an important measure to improve their efficiency.Therefore,enterprises should attach importance to the training of employees.For modern logistics enterprises,the service philosophy and operational efficiency of the enterprise are crucial,requiring employees to continuously improve their skills and meet the constantly changing needs of the market.In the era of big data,traditional employee training methods can no longer meet the skill needs of current employees.Only by improving the training management system can modern logistics enterprises better achieve stable development.
