郑州航空港十年来发展经验剖析与未来图景

摘　　要：2013年获批的郑州航空港已经成为河南打造内陆开放新高地的重要窗口和核心增长极,但其在十年发展历程中也暴露出产业支撑乏力、创新动能缺乏等突出问题。采用调查研究和经验总结法对郑州航空港经济综合实验区发展实践进行梳理和归纳,可以发现,产业集聚和体制机制创新是确保其不断发展壮大的两大法宝。未来郑州航空港要继续坚持“枢纽+开放”发展路径,持续打造引领中部、服务全国、联通世界的枢纽经济高地,持续培育枢纽偏好型产业体系和科技创新内生动力,持续推进体制机制创新,持续提升制度型开放水平,从而为我国航空经济发展不断探索经验。Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone(ZAEZ),approved in 2013,has become an important window and core growth engine for Henan to build a new highland of inland opening up.However,during the ten years of development,prominent issues such as insufficient industrial support and lack of innovation momentum have been exposed.By means of investigation,research,and experience summary,it can be found that industrial agglomeration and institutional innovation are the two magic weapons to ensure the continuous development and growth of the ZAEZ.Entering a new stage of high-quality development in the future,ZAEZ should continue to adhere to the development path of“hub+opening”,continue to build a hub economic highland leading the central region,serving the whole country and connecting the world,continue to cultivate a hub preference-based industrial system and endogenous power of scientific and technological innovation,and continue to improve the level of institutional opening,so as to constantly explore new development experience for the development of aviation economy in China.
