桥接机制调节作用下企业环境伦理与企业绩效的关系

摘　　要：全球自然环境的恶化和资源的严重枯竭,使得绿色创新成为企业提高效率和未来可持续发展的重要途径。企业对环境保护的重视,在短期内可以提高企业的社会声誉,从长远看更能增加企业的盈利能力和市场价值,然而,作为企业内部结构重要组成部分的企业环境伦理是否影响以及如何影响企业绩效的相关研究却很少。文章依据自然资源基础观理论,建立了企业环境伦理、绿色创新和企业绩效之间的联系。对一组来自中国制造企业的调查数据进行适度中介分析,结果表明,企业内部高水平的环境伦理对企业绩效具有积极影响;而绿色创新作为中介因素,是企业环境伦理转化为企业绩效的有效路径;此外,桥接机制在企业通过绿色创新获得绩效的过程中起到了负向调节作用。本研究解释了企业如何将绿色思维转化为实际成果,为企业管理者和政府决策者提供了有益的管理策略建议。The deterioration of the global natural environment and the severe depletion of resources have pushed green innovation to become an important way for enterprises to improve efficiency and achieve sustainable development in the future.The emphasis on environmental protection by enterprises improves their social reputation in the short term and increases their profitability and market value from a long-term perspective.However,there is little research on whether and how corporate environmental ethics,an important part of the internal structure of enterprises,affects corporate performance.This paper establishes the link between corporate environmental ethics,green innovation,and corporate performance based on the theory of natural resource-based view.Based on a moderate mediation analysis of a set of survey data from Chinese manufacturing enterprises,the results indicate that high-level corporate environmental ethics have a positive impact on corporate performance.Green innovation,as a mediating factor,is an effective path for transforming corporate environmental ethics into corporate performance.In addition,bridging mechanisms play a negative moderating role in the process of corporate performance through green innovation.The study explains how enterprises can transform the green thinking dimensions into practical outcomes and provides useful suggestions for management strategies for enterprise managers and government clecision makers.
