摘  要:针对现有可观测区域(monitor reach area,MRA)方法未考虑故障不确定性因素,导致电压暂降监测点配置不合理的问题,提出一种考虑故障不确定性的电压暂降监测点优化配置方法。首先,基于蒙特卡洛生成典型故障集合,计算故障不确定性MRA矩阵以及节点SAFRI指标权重;然后,以传统MRA矩阵和故障不确定性MRA矩阵为约束条件,以节点指标权重为优先级,实现配置数量最小化和优先级权重最大化的暂降监测点优化配置方法;最后,通过IEEE 39节点算例验证所提方法的合理性。试验结果表明,方法可解决现有监测配置对故障不确定性因素考虑不足易产生监测盲区的问题。Aiming at the problem that the existing monitor reach area(MRA)method did not consider the fault uncertainties,which led to the unreasonable configuration of the voltage sag monitoring points,an optimal configuration method of the voltage sag monitoring point considering the fault uncertainty was proposed.Firstly,a typical fault set was generated based on Monte Carlo method,and the fault uncertainty MRA matrix and node SAFRI index weight were calculated;then,with the traditional MRA matrix and the fault uncertainty MRA matrix as the constraints,and the node SAFRI index weight as the priority,the optimal configuration method of the sag monitoring points that minimized the number of configurations and maximized the priority weight was realized.Finally,the rationality of the proposed method was verified by means of an IEEE 39 node calculation example.The test results show that the method can solve the problem that the existing monitoring configuration does not take into account the uncertainty factors of faults and easily generates monitoring blind spots.
