摘 要:针对海上风电建设项目的综合效益评估问题,提出了一种计及无功补偿的并网型海上风电项目综合效益评价模型。首先从系统网损和无功补偿的两方面对影响海上风电低碳综合效益评估的因素进行分析;其次,在全周期寿命成本提出低碳效益求解模型和经济效益计算模型;最后在模型基础上进行低碳综合效益的折算,并从投资建设成本及网损改善两个层面探究无功补偿对海上风电系统的支撑性作用。算例结果表明:并网型海上风电在计及低碳综合效益的前提下能提早2年收回投资建设成本;发电量与装机容量是影响并网型海上风电低碳综合效益的主要因素,弥补了当前海上风电领域针对低碳效益认识不足的缺陷。Aiming at the comprehensive benefit evaluation of offshore wind power construction projects,a comprehensive benefit evaluation model of grid connected offshore wind power projects with reactive power compensation was proposed.Firstly,the factors that affect the low carbon comprehensive benefit evaluation of offshore wind power from the two aspects of system network loss and reactive power compensation were analyzed;secondly,on the basis of life cycle cost,the low carbon benefit solution model and economic benefit calculation model were put forward;finally,on the basis of the model,the comprehensive benefits of low carbon were converted,and the supporting role of reactive power compensation for offshore wind power system was explored from the two aspects of investment and construction costs and network loss improvement.The results of the example show that the grid connected offshore wind power can recover the cost of investment and construction 2 years in advance,taking into account the comprehensive benefits of low carbon;power generation and installed capacity are the main factors affecting the low-carbon comprehensive benefits of grid connected offshore wind power,thus making up for the lack of understanding of low-carbon benefits in the current offshore wind power field.
