多因素对高炉炉渣滞留率的影响

摘  要:采用高炉渣穿焦实验装置,模拟了高炉炉渣穿焦过程,通过改变温度、炉渣碱度、铝硅比以及焦炭填充床粒度等条件,探究各个因素对炉渣滞留率的影响,最终明确了多因素条件对炉渣在焦炭填充床内静态滞留率的影响。实验结果表明,当温度从1 425℃升高到1 475℃时,滞留率从3.09%增加到5.88%,当温度达到1 500℃时,滞留率减小至5.06%,这是因为炉渣在焦炭填充床中的滞留受炉渣粘度和液桥量共同影响,随温度升高,炉渣粘度降低,而炉渣与石墨柱的润湿性改善,最终导致炉渣滞留率随温度的升高呈现先增加后减少的趋势;不同成分炉渣在填充床中静态滞留率随铝硅比的升高而增加,随碱度的升高而减少;在不同粒度的焦炭填充床中,焦炭粒度越大,填充床的堆积密度越小,炉渣滞留率越少。The slag coking process of blast furnace slag was simulated by using the blast furnace slag coking experimental device,and the influence of various factors on the slag retention rate in the coke packed bed was explored by changing the conditions such as temperature,slag alkalinity,aluminum-silicon ratio and coke packed bed particle size,and finally the influence of multiple factors on the static retention rate of slag in the coke packed bed was clarified.The experimental results show that the retention rate increases from 3.09%to 5.88%when the temperature increases from 1425℃to 1475℃,and decreases to 5.06%when the temperature reaches 1500℃.This is because the retention of slag in the coke packed bed is affected by the combined viscosity of the slag and the amount of liquid bridge,with the increase of temperature,the viscosity of the slag decreases,and the wettability of the slag and the graphite column improves,which ultimately leads to the slag retention rate increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of temperature;the static retention rate of slag with different components in the packed bed increases with the increase of aluminum-silicon ratio and decreases with the increase of alkalinity;in the coke packed bed with different particle sizes,the larger the coke particle size,the smaller the bulk density of the packed bed,and the less the slag retention rate.
