摘 要:首钢京唐公司根据自身配矿结构特点和降本增效的实际需求,尝试开发使用新的铁矿石资源,以拓展烧结优化配矿资源选择。根据当前铁矿石价格和矿粉资源的可用性,结合烧结生产实际情况,对SP10粉进行了烧结优化配矿试验研究,分析了SP10粉对烧结技术经济指标的影响。结果表明,随着SP10粉配比由0增加至12%,烧结矿成品率、转鼓强度、烧结垂直燃烧速度及利用系数均呈现先增高后降低的趋势,其分别在SP10粉配比约4%时达到最佳值;而固体燃耗持续降低,在SP10粉配比4%时达到最小值48.94 kg/t;烧结矿粒度组成变化不明显。根据烧结杯试验结果和SP10粉的成分特点及烧结基础特性,进行了配矿工业生产实践,发现烧结矿还原度及低温还原粉化指数整体变化不大,其中低温还原粉化指数基本保持稳定,证明使用4%~7%的SP10粉替代产自澳大利亚的褐铁矿粉是可行的。According to the characteristics of its own ore blending structure and the actual needs of reducing costs and increasing efficiency,Shougang Jingtang Company tries to develop and use new iron ore resources to expand the selection of sintering and optimize ore blending resources.According to the current price of iron ore and the availability of ore powder resources,combined with the actual situation of sintering production,the experimental study of sintering optimization ore blending was carried out on SP10 powder,and the influence of SP10 powder on sintering technical and economic indicators was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of SP10 powder ratio from 0 to 12%,the sinter yield,drum strength,sintering vertical combustion rate and utilization coefficient all show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the optimal value is reached when the SP10 powder ratio is about 4%,while the solid fuel consumption continues to decrease,reaching the minimum value of 48.94 kg/t when the SP10 powder ratio is 4%,and the sinter particle size composition does not change significantly.According to the test results of the sintering cup,the composition characteristics of SP10 powder and the basic characteristics of sintering,the industrial production practice of ore blending was carried out,and it was found that the overall reduction degree of sinter and the low-temperature reduction pulverization index did not change much,and the low-temperature reduction pulverization index remained basically stable,which proved that it was feasible to use 4%~7%SP10 powder to replace the limonite powder produced in Australia.
