稳定盘螺综合力学性能的生产实践

摘　　要：GB/T 1499.2-2018版本《钢筋混凝土用钢第2部分:热轧带肋钢筋》标准对热轧带肋钢筋长度允许偏差、重量允许偏差、弯曲度更加严格,将牌号带E的钢筋反向弯曲试验要求作为常规检测项目,并对组织、标识等也提出了更加严格规定。新版标准实施后,在盘螺轧制过程中出现了力学性能指标不满足控制标准的现象。通过对生产过程中的加热温度、空燃比参数、压下量、预水冷水压、流量等输入工序进行C&E矩阵筛选、风险优先数(RPN)排序,认为水冷速度、吐丝温度、风冷速度等因素是影响盘螺力学性能的潜在变量。分析了张宣科技一钢轧厂盘螺生产中水冷速度、吐丝温度、风冷速度等指标对盘螺屈服强度和AGT的影响。通过合理控制吐丝温度和冷却速度等手段得到综合力学性能优良的盘螺,稳定了盘螺生产,提高了产品质量,满足了新标准要求。The GB/T 1499.2-2018 version of the"Steel for Reinforced Concrete Part 2:Hot-rolled Ribbed Steel Reinforcement"standard is more stringent on the allowable deviation of the length,weight and bending of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars.After the implementation of the new version of the standard,the mechanical properties of No.One steel rolling mill of Zhangxuan Science and Technology did not meet the control standards in the coil screw rolling process.Through the C&E matrix screening and risk priority number(RPN)ranking of the input processes such as heating temperature,air-fuel ratio parameters,depressurization,pre-water cooling water pressure and flow rate in the production process,it is considered that the factors such as water-cooling speed,spinning temperature and air-cooling speed are the potential variables affecting the mechanical properties of coiled snails.The effects of water-cooled speed,spinning temperature and air-cooling speed on the yield strength and AGT of coiled snail production were analyzed.By reasonably controlling the spinning temperature and cooling rate,the coiled snail with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties was obtained,which stabilized the production of coiled snail,improved the product quality,and met the requirements of the new standard.
