摘 要:基于需求驱动的质量管理理念,采用质量功能展开(quality function development,QFD)方法,将装备车辆使用者的需求转换成车辆使用阶段质量管理所需的技术指标,考虑QFD方法中存在模糊信息等因素,引入模糊数学,对QFD进行改进,结合装备车辆使用和管理的现状及特点,利用改进的QFD方法,对某单位装备车辆使用阶段质量管理情况进行分析,并给出建议方案,从而提高基层装备管理部门在车辆使用阶段的质量管理水平,发挥装备车辆的最大效益。Based on the concept of demand-driven quality management,the quality function development(QFD)method is used to transform the needs of equipment vehicle users into the technical indicators required for quality management in the vehicle use phase.Considering the existence of fuzzy information and other factors in the QFD method,fuzzy mathematics is introduced to improve the QFD.Combining the current situation and characteristics of equipment vehicle use and management,the improved QFD method is used to analyse the quality management situation of equipment vehicle use phase in a certain unit and to give suggestions and solutions,so as to improve the quality management level of the grassroots equipment management department in the vehicle service phase and to bring into full play the maximum benefits of equipment vehicles.
