摘 要:对聚丙烯腈纤维生产中二甲基亚砜(DMSO)精馏残渣进行了进一步加热蒸发试验,并对过程温度变化和分解产物的组成进行了研究分析,推演出DMSO热分解反应方程式和设备超压泄漏机制。结果表明,当温度≥130℃时,残留的DMSO发生放热分解反应,造成温度急剧上升,生成甲醛、甲硫醚等气态小分子,设备压力增大,引发设备故障。研究结果为实际生产过程中工艺改进和操作优化提供了依据,提高了聚丙烯腈纤维生产中DMSO溶剂回收过程的安全稳定性。The further heating evaporation test of dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)rectification residue in polyac-rylonitrile fiber production was carried out,the temperature change and the composition of decomposition products were studied,and the DMSO thermal decomposition reaction equation and equipment overpressure leakage mechanism were deduced.The results show that when the temperature is≥130℃,the residual DMSO will have exothermic decomposition reaction,resulting in a sharp rise in temperature,the formation of small gaseous molecules such as formaldehyde and methyl sulfide,and the increase of equipment pres-sure leading to equipment failure.The results provide a basis for the process improvement and operation op-timization in the actual production process,and improve the safety and stability of the DMSO solvent recov-ery process in the production of polyacrylonitrile fiber.
