摘  要:聚酰亚胺纤维的工业化连续生产中,有不同阶段的放流取样原液,包括聚合过程中不同配比浓度的原液,纺丝过程中不同脱泡阶段的原液。针对不同阶段的放流取样原液进行分析,采用专用设备对原液进行收集存放,在不同条件下对回收的原液进行预处理研究。回收的原液经过调整处理后,用专用设备重新进行纺丝。对不同工艺下原液的最终纺丝操作性能进行了评价,最终将本应该作为固废的取样原液重新回收利用,这能够从源头上减少原辅料的浪费,也杜绝了废液的产生,减少对环境的污染。In the industrial continuous production of polyimide fiber,there are different stages of the release of sampling and discharging solution,including the stock solution with different proportions and concentra⁃tions in the polymerization process and the stock solution with different defoaming effects in spinning.Ac⁃cording to the analysis of the sample solution in different stages of discharge,special equipment is used to collect and store the solution,and the pretreatment research is carried out on the recovered solution under different conditions.After adjustment and treatment,the recovered solution is re-spun with special equip⁃ment.The final spinning performance of the solution under different processes is evaluated,and the sam⁃pling solution that should be used as solid waste is recycled,which can reduce the waste of raw materials from the source,eliminate the generation of waste liquid and reduce the pollution to the environment.
