摘　　要：基于2010—2019年我国30个省域的面板数据,采用空间杜宾模型分析了农业产业集聚对农业高质量发展的影响。结果表明:从全国层面来看,农业产业集聚对农业高质量发展既有区域内的促进作用又有区域间显著的空间溢出效应,其他区域的农业产业集聚水平促进了本区域与相邻区域的农业高质量发展;从区域层面来看,农业产业集聚对农业高质量发展的影响存在区域异质性,不同区域的农业产业集聚对农业高质量发展存在不同程度的影响。鉴于此,提出了要注重农业产业集聚发展并对其进行合理布局、在不同地区实施差异化发展战略、充分发挥农业产业集聚的规模效应与空间溢出效应等对策建议,以期助推我国农业产业高质量发展。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2019,the spatial Dubin model was used to analyze the impact of agricultural industrial agglomeration on the high-quality development of agriculture.The results show that from the national level,agricultural industrial agglomeration has both intraregional promotion and significant spatial spillover effect on agricultural high-quality development,and the level of agricultural industrial agglomeration in the other regions will promote the quality of agricultural development in this region and adjacent regions.From the regional level,there is regional heterogeneity in the impact of agricultural industrial agglomeration on agricultural high-quality development,and there are different effects of agricultural industrial agglomeration on high-quality agricultural development in different regions.Therefore,it is proposed to pay attention to the agglomeration development of agricultural industry and its rational layout,implement differentiated development strategies in different regions,give full play to the scale effect and spatial spillover effect of agricultural industrial agglomeration,and promote the high-quality development of China’s agricultural industry.
