摘 要:针对钛合金Ti6Al4V难切削加工的特点,开展机夹飞刀铣削钛合金的工艺研究。建立了机夹飞刀高速铣削钛合金Ti6Al4V的有限元模型,参照实际铣削加工工艺设定边界条件,仿真了不同铣削参数条件下,切屑形成的应力与铣削温度分布云图;针对铣削过程中的铣削力变化、刀尖的铣削温度变化等,采用单因素法研究了切削速度、每齿进给量、切削宽度、切削深度、刀尖圆弧半径等不同铣削参数对铣削力和铣刀刀尖温度的影响。研究表明:对主铣削力的影响由大到小的次序为切削宽度、每齿进给量、切削深度、切削速度、刀尖圆弧半径;对刀尖温度的影响由大到小的顺序为切削宽度、每齿进给量、切削速度、刀尖圆弧半径、切削深度;其中切削速度与刀尖圆弧半径对主铣削力,刀尖圆弧半径与切削深度对刀尖温度的影响都为负相关。In response to the difficult machining characteristics of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy,a study on the process of milling Ti6Al4V titanium alloy using a clamped flying cutter was conducted.A finite element model of high-speed milling of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy using a clamped flying cutter was established,and boundary conditions were set based on actual milling process.The stress distribution and milling temperature distribution of chip formation under different milling parameters were simulated,as well as the variation of milling force and milling temperature at the tool tip during milling process.The influence of different milling parameters on milling force and tool tip temperature was studied using a single-factor method.The results show that the influence on the main milling force comes from the greatest to the least in the order of cutting width,the amount of feed per tooth,cutting depth,cutting speed and tool tip arc radius.And the influence on the tool tip temperature comes from the greatest to the least in the order of cutting width,the amount of feed per tooth,cuuting speed,tool tip arc radius and cutting depth.The influence of tool tip arc radius and cutting depth on the tool tip temperature are negatively correlated.
