能谱分析法研究圆竹纵向液体渗透性

摘  要:为考察毛竹圆竹材的纵向液体渗透性,采用磷酸一铵、氯化铝和磷铝复配剂在常压全浸渍和部分浸渍下对毛竹圆竹进行浸渍处理,采用能谱仪测量圆竹内部示踪离子含量,与加压下的结果进行比较,研究不同处理条件下圆竹内药剂渗透规律及分布与驻留机理,为工业化圆竹防霉提供参考.结果表明,部分浸渍处理的圆竹液体渗透量最大,可作为圆竹防霉处理的优选,加压处理并不能提高圆竹内磷、铝离子的渗透量;圆竹在磷酸一铵浸渍下磷离子渗透量远大于复配剂浸渍,在氯化铝全浸渍下铝离子渗透量与复配剂接近,部分浸渍下铝离子渗透量大于复配剂浸渍.在复配剂中,磷离子渗透量高于铝离子;在浸渍时间充足的条件下,有无竹节对圆竹材的纵向渗透高度影响不大;药剂在圆竹中通过维管束纵向渗透,通过纹孔横向运输.磷酸一铵浸渍的竹材中,药剂以结晶体的形式分布在细胞腔和间隙,氯化铝溶液和复配剂中则生成胶状物质覆盖和填充于细胞腔和间隙.To investigate the longitudinal liquid permeability of bamboo-culms(phyllostachys edulis),mono-ammonium phosphate,aluminum chloride and the composite agent of phosphorus and aluminum were used to impregnate bamboo-culms under the full and partial immersion at atmospheric pressure.The tracer ion content inside the bamboo was measured by energy dispersive spectrometer and compared with the results under high-pressure.Moreover,the penetration law,distribution,as well as retention mechanism of chemicals in the bamboo under different treatment conditions were studied,which would provide reference for the industrial mold prevention of bamboo-culms.The results showed that the partially immersed bamboo-culms had the best liquid penetration effect,which could be used as the optimal anti-mildew treatment for bamboo-culms.High-pressure did not increase the penetration amount of phosphorus and aluminum ions in bamboo;the penetration of phosphorus ions into bamboo under mono-ammonium phosphate impregnation was much greater than that of the composite agent impregnation.Although the penetration of aluminum ions under full immersion in aluminum chloride was similar to that of the composite agent impregnation,the penetration of aluminum ions under partial immersion was greater than that of the composite agent impregnation.In the composite agent,the penetration of phosphorus ions was higher than that of aluminum ions;under the condition of sufficient impregnated period,whether the presence or not of bamboo knots had little effect on the longitudinal penetration height of bamboo-culms;the agents penetrated longitudinally through vascular bundles and was transported laterally through pits.In bamboo impregnated with mono-ammonium phosphate,the agent was distributed in the form of crystals in the cell cavities and gaps,while in aluminum chloride and composite agent,a colloidal substance was generated to cover and fill the cell cavities and gaps.
