摘 要:水泥工业是高耗能产业,在水泥熟料烧成过程中使用矿化剂是一种有效的节能方法。而以固体废弃物作为矿化剂还可变废为宝,实现其资源化利用。文中以硫铁尾矿作为矿化剂,研究了1350、1400和1450℃煅烧温度下,以SO3计掺量为0、1.5%、2.0%和2.5%的硫铁尾矿烧制硅酸盐水泥熟料,并采用热分析、X射线衍射(XRD)、偏光显微镜等分析了其对水泥熟料煅烧过程、矿物组成、岩相结构和物理性能的影响。研究结果表明:以SO_(3)计掺量为2.0%时效果最好,在此掺量下,水泥熟料中f-CaO含量由1.84%降至1.18%,可以显著改善生料的易烧性;掺入硫铁尾矿能降低生料中CaCO_(3)分解的起始温度和峰值温度,并在低温下形成含硫硅酸二钙(2C_(2)S·CaSO_(4))和硫铝酸钙(4CaO·3Al_(2)O_(3)·SO_(3))两种过渡相,使液相出现温度降低了35℃,可以促进熟料矿物的形成和发育,具有明显的矿化作用;掺入硫铁尾矿煅烧所得的水泥熟料性能良好,其养护3d、28d的抗压强度分别为33.1和61.8MPa。The cement industry is a high energy consuming industry,and the use of mineralizers in the calcination process of cement clinker is an effective energy-saving method.Using solid waste as a mineralizer can also turn waste into treasure and achieve its resource utilization.With pyrite tailings as mineralizer,this study prepared Portland cement clinker with 0,1.5%,2.0%and 2.5%SO_(3) at calcination temperature of 1350℃,1400℃and 1450℃.Thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction(XRD),polarizing microscope,and other methods were used to analyze the effects of SO3 addition on the calcination process,mineral composition,petrographic structure,and physical properties of the clinker.The results show that the best effect is achieved when the content of SO3 is 2.0%.Under this proportion,the content of f-CaO in cement clinker decreases from 1.84%to 1.18%,which can significantly improve the burnability of raw meal.The addition of pyrite tailings can reduce the initial and peak temperatures of CaCO_(3) decomposition in raw meal,and form two transition phases of calcium sulphosilicate(2C_(2)S·CaSO_(4))and calcium sulphoaluminate(4CaO·3Al_(2)O_(3)·SO_(3))at low temperature.This reduces the temperature of liquid phase by 35℃,promoting the formation and development of clinker minerals,and has a significant mineralization effect.The cement clinker obtained by calcination with pyrite tailings has good performance,and its compressive strength after curing for 3 days and 28 days is 33.1 and 61.8 MPa,respectively.
