摘　　要：某台M251S型燃气轮发电机组在正常运行过程突然出现非稳定性振动现象,根据现场振动测试数据并结合振动机理进行综合分析,准确判断机组振动原因及故障部位,为检修消缺指明了方向,节约了故障处理时间,取得了较好效果。A M251S gas turbine generator set suddenly appeared non-stationary vibra⁃tion phenomenon in the normal operation process.According to the field vibration test data and combined with the vibration mechanism for comprehensive analysis,which accurately de⁃termines the cause of vibration and fault parts of the unit,so as to point out the direction for the maintenance and elimination of defects,which saved the troubleshooting time and achieved better results.
