摘  要:保障首钢水钢13#锅炉的稳定运行是保证发电量的重要条件,而给水泵作为锅炉的心脏,如何保障其稳定运行是必要任务。首先对现状进行分析,从电机性能、管路泄漏和给水泵本体三个方向进行原因排查,确定给水泵机封及内漏为主要影响因素;其次,对机封冷却水系统和冷却器重新设计改造,实践后冷却效果得到大幅度提升。Guaranteeing the stable operation of Shougang Shuisteel's 13#boiler is an impor⁃tant condition to guarantee power generation,and it is a key task to guarantee the stable operation of feedwater pump as it is the heart the boiler.First of all,the current situation is analyzed from the mo⁃tor performance,pipeline leakage and feed pump body,and the feedwater pump seals and internal leakage was determined as the main influencing factors.Secondly,the seal cooling water system and cooler were redesigned and modified,and the cooling effect has been greatly improved.
