摘  要:凝汽器的对流热阻与污垢热阻是影响其换热效率的关键因素,凝汽器换热效率直接影响机组真空数值。从凝汽器热阻机理出发,探索降低凝汽器对流热阻与污垢热阻从而提高凝汽器换热效率。研究表明,改变凝汽器管内流体形态可降低凝汽器热阻。加装RCCS装置改变凝汽器流体形态,可提高机组热效率与发电量,经济效益显著。The convective thermal resistance and fouling thermal resistance of the con⁃denser are the key factors affecting its heat transfer efficiency,and the condenser heat trans⁃fer efficiency directly affects the unit vacuum value.From the mechanism of condenser ther⁃mal resistance,this paper explores the reduction of condenser convective thermal resistance and fouling thermal resistance,so as to improve the condenser heat exchange efficiency.Studies have shown that changing the fluid pattern in the condenser tube can reduce the thermal resistance of the condenser.Adding RCCS device to alter the condenser fluid pat⁃tern can improve the thermal efficiency and power generation of the unit with significant economic benefits.
