摘　　要：火焰检测系统是燃煤、燃油锅炉炉膛安全监控系统的关键设备,其作用是根据火焰的物理特性对炉膛燃烧工况进行实时检测,一旦火焰燃烧状态不满足正常条件或熄火时,按一定的方式输出信号,作为故障报警及FSSS系统逻辑判断条件,保证锅炉灭火时停止燃料供应,防止可燃物在炉膛或管道聚集,发生爆燃甚至锅炉爆炸。Flame detection system is the key equipment of coal-fired and oil-fired boiler Furnace Safeguard Supervisory System(FSSS),its role is to detect the furnace combus⁃tion conditions in real time according to the physical characteristics of the flame.Once the flame combustion state does not meet the normal conditions or the flame is out,the flame detection system outputs signals in a certain way as a fault alarm and FSSS logic judgment conditions,to ensure that the boiler fire stops the supply of fuel to prevent combustibles from gathering in the furnace or pipeline,leading to deflagration or even boiler explosion.
