摘　　要：结合北京首钢股份有限公司某除盐站的多介质过滤器,在中水除盐工艺中预处理阶段过滤回用水时,发生过滤器顶端冒水现象,对过滤器的顶端排气阀、布水器、滤料、反洗排放管路、气源气动阀的运行方式、操作方法等因素进行分析,采取适配不锈钢浮球、优化布水器、更换滤料、对反洗排放管路清淤疏通等解决措施。In view of the phenomenon of water bubbling up from the top of the multimedia filter occurs when filtering the recycling water in the pre-treatment stage of the wa⁃ter desalination process of a desalination station of Beijing Shougang Co.,Ltd.,the top ex⁃haust valve,water cloth,filter material,backwash discharge pipeline,air source pneumatic valve,operation mode,operation method and other factors of the filter were analyzed,and the paper puts forward to adapt the stainless steel float,optimize the water distributor,re⁃place the filter media,backwash discharge pipeline dredging and other measures to solve the problem.
