摘　　要：本钢炼钢厂连三车间6#铸机是2008年从达涅利公司引进的一机两流宽板坯铸机,主要用于汽车板生产。自投产以来,由于铸机没有自动开浇功能,只能手动开浇,给生产操作人员造成诸多不便,同时由于每个人操作习惯和判断能力不同,直接影响板坯质量。为提升铸机自动化控制水平,对6#铸机自动开浇功能进行技术攻关,经过5个月的技术攻关,终于恢复并改进了6#铸机自动开浇功能。The 6#casting machine of the third workshop of Bensteel steelmaking plant is a one-tension-leveler two-billet wide slab casting machine introduced from Danieli Com⁃pany in 2008,which is mainly used for the production of automobile plates.Since the start of production,because the casting machine does not have automatic casting function,it can only cast manually,which causes a lot of inconvenience to the production operators,and at the same time,due to the different operating habits and judgment ability of each person,the quality of slabs is directly affected.Therefore,in order to improve the automatic control level of casting machine,the plant carried out technical research on the automatic casting function of the 6#casting machine,and finally restored and improved the automatic casting function of the 6#casting machine after 5 months of technical research.
